We will introduce a case study of structural analysis of multilayer films using Raman imaging.

Films used in electronic devices and food packaging have a multilayer structure with multiple layers stacked to provide functions such as gas barrier properties and flexibility. Raman spectroscopy is effective for understanding the composition of each layer of the film. Here, we present a case study of structural analysis of multilayer films using Raman imaging.
